Turnaround times vary by product and current order volume. Please check each listing for the most up-to-date processing time before ordering.

Made-to-Order & Final Sale

Because our pieces are handmade and made to order, all sales are final and we're unable to offer refunds. If your order arrives damaged or something isn't right, please reach out and we'll be happy to help make it right.

A Note on Imperfections

Since our products are 3D printed layer by layer, small layer lines or slight variations are a natural part of the process. No two pieces are ever exactly alike, and that's part of the charm!
